Over 10 years ago, I began my journey in the field of organizational communication, and since then I’ve understood something essential: communication is not just about sending messages — it’s about translating principles, values, and vision into everyday decisions that impact the entire organization.

Early in my career, I advised over 30 major brands — including Coca-Cola, Alpina, Ford, Itaú, and Nissan — on digital communication strategies. That experience taught me that culture needs solid foundations; otherwise, it stays at the level of rhetoric and never turns into real action.

Later, over more than six years at Quala in Colombia, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, I deepened my understanding of culture as an organizational compass. I saw how its narrative, rituals, and behaviors align teams with their values. And I understood that culture not only shapes the internal climate, but also the way an organization relates to its customers, suppliers, and partners.

That’s why I created my own structured, practical methodology that removes the usual uncertainty around working on organizational culture.

It’s not about abstract inspiration, but about designing —step by step— a vibrant, measurable culture that is aligned with who your company is, what it needs, and what it wants to project to all its stakeholders.
